spacious rooms, somewhat dated but clean. Very friendly owner. bbq and garden furniture available. Beautiful surroundings, village without shops or restaurants. For that price you will not find anything.

A wonderful stay, last summer we were able to enjoy the house of M. with 4 adults and 3 children. If you come with a baby, bring your own crib. Almost everything is present for a comfortable and pleasant stay, the hostess runs a clean house. For questions (in advance) she was also easy to reach by phone, she also knows a lot about the area and can give you many tips. We had a wonderful holiday thanks to the owner!

Very good choice for 4 guys, each had their own room, although one of them very small. Kitchen and living room huge very well equipped, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge with freezer, audio, TV 50 inch, no microwave. No TV in the rooms but they are unnecessary. Warm, clean comfortable. The landlady is very nice and communicative. Close by car to Zell and Kaprun.

A lovely spacious house with large bedrooms. A large kitchen where nothing is missing. Very relaxed hostess who also lives in the house. If there were still a few easy chairs somewhere, it would be absolutely perfect.

SKI week. Close to Kaprun/Zell am See. Very nice owner. Fully equiped. No WC in the rooms but on every level. Everything was OK. Thank you
