"Bella Vista", 2-room apartment 50 m2 on 2nd floor, south facing position. Partly renovated in 2019, simple and cosy furnishings: 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen in the entrance (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine).

The accommodation lacks any comfort, and some of the furnishings are defective. The apartment is not recommended for staying in, it is only for overnight stays. I would not recommend this accommodation. The reference to a washing machine is misleading. Assuming that Interchalet only rents out apartments, I think the service there is good and would book through them again.

We stayed for 4 weeks in May/June. Our 4th stay in Bad Hofgastein. Brand new iron/ironing board and hair dryer provided. Excellent customer service. Two of us stayed and found the apartment very comfortable. Limited English language TV channels. Excellent oven and good size fridge freezer. Washing machine/tumble drier 50c each. Tokens available from cleaner. Good phone signal coverage - so no wifi not an issue. Some building work behind apartment but hoping this will be finished soon!

Unfortunately has no internet, no Wifi and no elevator. So who don’t care about these the apartment is very well-equipped, nice and clean.

unfortunately after arrival no reception let in yourself and show the way. no wifi available and the house is very old-fashioned + dirty (eg the couch) otherwise the environment was great but this is everywhere in Austria. am normally not into writing reviews and complaining but this was really bad.

We spent a nice four days in the Valery house. It is very calm surrounding with birds song. The position of the apartment is good.
