Our holiday apartment was remarkably clean! We have experience of holiday apartments in various countries, but we have never had such a clean house before. You can tell that the house is a bit old (style of the furnishings, some of the refrigerator compartments are a bit worn, etc.). It is also very quiet despite the many children. All in all, we are delighted.

Good accommodation with entertaining activities for children. Recommended!

The holiday park and everything around it was very nice. Recommended for families with small children. But the sauna is the bowling are great. The apartment itself was also good & clean etc... Only for 5 people then very sparsely equipped with crockery etc. The pull-out sofa as a bed is more makeshift and unfortunately very uncomfortable to sleep on. Conclusion: the apartment is too small for 6 people. But ideal for up to 4 people. We had a nice stay.

The facility and accommodation was very nice! The swimming pool, which was included in our price, was very nice and provided a lot of fun for young and old :) The staff in the bathroom area and restaurant were also nice and helpful! The entire staff and the process at the front desk, however, an absolute disaster! The staff was more than unfriendly, overwhelmed and presumptuous. Poor accessibility, etc. Absolute minus point! Should be urgently "revised".

The accommodation was fine. The beds were unfavorable, so that the doors could not be operated well. The heating reacted sluggishly.

We were 3 days, the house was clean, but a bit small. For the price, bed linen and towels could also be included... Since we were 2 families, we had 2 cars, but only a parking lot that was quite far away. We found that uncomfortable because I had to walk a long way with whole things and 2 small children! On the day of departure we should leave the house at 10 a.m., at 12 would be much better.

It was a very nice time there. The staff was very friendly and you could use everything. It is highly recommended.

Arrival, key handover, departure were easy. The equipment in the house was ok, especially if you don't want to cook much. Up to 4 people can comfortably holiday in the house. Additional 2 berths on the bottom of the coach are not recommended.

It was very cold in the house and rather uncomfortable furnished. The children should play on the cold tiles... the cleaning lady must have been through a long time, there was a lot of dust everywhere and the dishes went straight back into the dishwasher... the staff and the outdoor area were great and need no complaints.

We are very satisfied and recommend the holiday park. Our semi-detached house was very clean, warm and cosy. The swimming pool is a children's paradise, the bowling alley is well maintained. We had read in other reviews that there was no oven or freezer compartment. Knowing this, we were able to plan our menu accordingly.

We were very satisfied with our holiday home. Equipment was completely sufficient. The facility as a whole is also very nice. Especially very child friendly. Bus connection to the center of Wernigerode always worked. I can definitely recommend the facility.

We were with 4 adults and a small child, it was clean, enough space and a great view of the Brocken, everything was very family-friendly. We will go again

The complex is very nice and you can make great trips from here. The food in the area is unfortunately TK finished goods. But the service is all the friendlier. If you want to eat well, you should definitely hike to the poor people mountain. The children enjoyed the swimming pool and the indoor playground. The kitchen equipment is kept rather simple and in terms of cleanliness in the house there is certainly room for improvement. All in all it was a nice vacation.

We liked it very much, offers for children of different ages. There were playmates on the premises, ideal for our Enke (9 years). A few more hooks and shelves would be nice in the house. The complex and the offers are really very nice, without restrictions. Likewise the service in the reception!!! Can you recommend.

Bedrooms under the roof get very hot, no fly screens, outdated equipment, pool too cold for small children, unfriendly staff (except for the ladies in the pool), pool has strange opening times (11 a.m. to 6 p.m.), kiosk closed between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. .. All in one not worth repeating. Competitors offer much better service!

Accommodation was clean. beds very comfortable. Nice big TV. There is a table and chairs on the terrace. A small freezer compartment would have been necessary in the refrigerator, since I brought frozen food with me. Luckily there was a microwave as there was no oven either. A little more crockery would not have been bad either.

The rooms were very clean and everything was available. we felt very comfortable. Even when the hot water didn't work for a short time, it was fixed promptly. Thanks again for the friendly and competent support.

The holiday park is clean and tidy, the houses well equipped with everything you need for a few days! For the children, the pool is a nice pastime, bowling and an indoor playground complete the whole thing.

Indoor play area and Brockenbad Super. In the house we missed the oven, otherwise the equipment was fine. A grill would have been nice for the summer. Bread rolls in the general store from 8 a.m. too late for families with small children.

The house is sufficient for us 4 adults. and a child. The equipment in the kitchen area could be improved. (Kitchen utensils, for example, kitchen grater, lemon squeezer. The pan was broken. The staff was very friendly and the area was super nice. It was a very nice vacation time.

I read on the internet that the accommodation has 3 bedrooms. When I booked, the accommodation only had 2 bedrooms and an additional bed in the living room on a sofa bed. That's exactly what we didn't want!

Positive - parking lot in front of the door - clean accommodation - swimming pool and indoor playground in the immediate vicinity - you can get fresh rolls at the kiosk - great swimming pool for children - great indoor playground Negative - cot costs extra - safety gate stairs cost extra - the electrical devices in the kitchen working felt at half power (fridge, hob, etc.) - Internet WLAN is almost unusable - Dinner & breakfast in the main building 3-4 - Loss of the key card 15 EUR

The location and condition of the property was very good. I would like to emphasize the free use of the indoor pool and the indoor playground. It would have been nice if detergent had been provided for the kitchen sink.

The holiday park left almost nothing to be desired: good location/close to the narrow-gauge railway stop, well-kept grounds, accommodation in very good condition. The only drawback: no oven. But there are rolls in the shop of the holiday park or you can walk to the bakery in a few minutes. Clear recommendation!

We had ants in the house. What we didn't like was the maintenance of the outdoor area. (Weed)

Please specify that there is no oven. Otherwise there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Great accommodation!!!!!

The accommodation was clean. The facility was adequate. The house is very noisy and located in a hotel car park. Nevertheless it was very quiet. It was positive that there were no other additional costs, except for the tourist tax. In bad weather you could use the fun pool and indoor playground for free. The kids liked it.

Hard chairs on a bench - it doesn't work at all.

Very friendly and competent advice and support at the front desk. Anytime again. Dishwasher actually pointless, because he can not be fully utilized, too few dishes. You always have to wash up immediately with 4 people anyway, otherwise it won't be enough for the next meal. Otherwise all good.

Great value for money, staff, especially in the restaurant, very friendly, if time allows, we'll be back. Our house was simply but modernly equipped. Even our grandson (8 years old) had nothing to complain about, he really liked the indoor play world. A pleasant contrast to a visit to the Center Parcs Lüneburger Heide in spring.
