Large balcony, 2 terraces, patio. Deck chairs, conservatory, box-room. Marvellous panoramic view of the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Had a wonderful stay. We were 6 people and had plenty of space. Large kitchen and many games in living room. You still have a few rooms, but we didn't actually use them.

2 weeks with family with 2 children and parents-in-law stayed. Friendly greeting by the landlord on arrival. Everything in the house neat and tidy. The house is nicely spacious with 4 large bedrooms with very good beds. Kitchen is also well appointed. Only downside is that there is no freezer in the fridge. And the dishwasher is not very big. The garden chairs do need to be replaced because they have had their best days. Everything else in order. Superb view. Had a very nice holiday

We absolutely loved it. The owners are very personable and friendly. The arrival and arrival was therefore very uncomplicated. The house and especially the kitchen are fully equipped, nothing is missing. And most importantly, it was very clean! There is a lot to do in the area and the view from the house is simply impressive. Children and dogs are also welcome. We really loved it and would go there again at any time!

The accommodation is very spacious, lovingly and sufficiently equipped with everything. The landlords are very nice. When we picked up the keys, we were taken straight to the house, which was in a great location. The winter garden, which can be heated from the outside, with a view of the mountains that are illuminated by the sun in the evening, is a DREAM. Our dog felt very comfortable because he could tear around freely in the fenced garden.

I am restricted in walking. Unfortunately, every room in this house has a stumbling block due to different floor covering heights. The 2 sidewalk slabs around the house are filled with benches, plant pots, etc. The 3rd plate has a height difference of several centimeters, risk of stumbling. Also, the third panel was perforated. The handrail is missing on the last 7 steps of the outside staircase. As a commercial landlord, you have to observe accident prevention regulations.

Very clean, unfortunately one bedroom was a connecting room for eight people. Rooms are available, could be rearranged! Inhabitable only with a car, everything is very far and not within walking distance. For us it was a very nice stay.

The house is in a very nice location and has a great layout. It's very clean. The facility is a bit dated compared to the Twil, but exudes the appropriate charm. The only small point of criticism: lighting quite dark. Tip: use brighter lamps. Very nice landlord!

The structure is a large hut on several levels with even more comfortable outdoor areas. Internally it has a 70/80 style but still very tidy and clean. Covered parking space (the road is reserved so more vehicles can park). There are all comforts (except a hairdryer and an Italian coffee maker). The silence and tranquility of the place is priceless; the first supermarket is 10 minutes away by car, Innsbruck is about twenty minutes away. The managers speak only German, but it is not an insurmountable problem.
