The place is amazing and the check in and check out went extremely smoothly.. the place is well kept and its location is perfect for easy walks and being surrounded by nature.
The only issue was the insulation of noise of the property where you could hear noises from the next rooms, but to be honest, this would not be off putting for us to come back.
Our friends and us had an amazing time and would really like to go back to the place, we liked it so much!

We booked Harbourne Oast for a hen party and had a fabulous time! The cottage looks just like the pictures, and there was a welcome pack of bread, milk, tea, cereal etc waiting for us on arrival. Zoe also unpacked our online food order for us when it arrived early! And they also kindly popped over late one evening to look at the heating controls for us. Overall a great weekend in a wonderful location! Thank you!

We were a party of nine.. Everybody thought it was a great place to stay, in a lovely situation. It was evident that the family running the business had put their heart and soul into making it a really homely and comfortable property for visitors. We plenty to do, notably Great Dixter
