Area
Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two beaches - the North Shore and the West Shore with views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking a cable car ride of over a mile. The town has a selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, just a stone's throw from the promenade.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

This is large house in a good position and fully equipped, but most of the bedding was stained with what looked like blood, makeup, urine and other staining. When we complained of a large yellow green ring on the double mattress we were told it was " SUN DAMAGE " as if. A large zip up cover was then brought and put on the mattress but we still did not use it knowing what was underneath. The house was a little jaded in areas but the staining to the bedding was totally unacceptable. Because of these issues we would not recommend this property.

Ok, the good things first! Great location, just a stone’s throw from the promenade and some lovely cliff side walks. Ample on road parking, in a fairly quiet area of Llandudno. Big house, lovely big kitchen. The bedrooms are a little neglected, stains on some of the bedding, but nevertheless warm and comfortable. Lots of space, and 2 showers, one of which is on the ground floor. So what disappointed me? In one word; Garden! We (my partner and my elderly parents) would ideally have liked to sit outside as we had some rare sunshine in May! However the rubbish bins were overflowing, one was on its side, and there were empty beer bottles clogging the drains. The smell was bad so we kept the kitchen door that led out to the garden closed. The garden itself is neglected and overgrown. The whole area is a real mess, and would definitely be cause for concern if you had young children as the rubbish would undoubtedly attract vermin. Basically the rear garden is out of bounds. It’s sad because it totally detracts from all the merits of the house itself. Please please please sort the garden out!

A very comfortable and spacious house which easily accommodated three generations on a family holiday.. Well positioned near to the coast and town facilities yet only a short drive to the scenery of Snowdonia.

A lovely spacious house close to a beautiful unspoilt beach and within easy walking distance of Llandudno centre.. The house is very roomy with plenty of space for a large family group. The kitchen is huge and packed with everything you will need including dishwasher, double oven, microwave, hob, pots, pans, cutlery and all sorts of other gadgets including an orange press! Plastic tumblers are also provided which were useful for the kids. The bedrooms were all good sizes, only one double bed but adults reported the single ones were very comfortable. There is a downstairs shower room and w/c plus upstairs bathroom with large shower and bath, both were very modern and clean. The house has a large entrance porch which was handy for storing sandy wellies and coats. Fishing nets, a bucket and wind break for the beach are also in the porch. There is a long stretch of beach just one street away which our children loved exploring, a playground sits just behind the beach on the right, alongside a boating pool. In the opposite direction there is a beach cafe which has very good reviews. There is a convenience store and chip shop just a two minute walk to the right of the property. We enjoyed exploring Llandudno and its pier but the real winner for us was discovering Conwy, a ten minute drive away. The castle at Conwy is fabulous and the town has a lovely array of cafes and independent shops plus a great chippy overlooking the harbour. Nonetheless, we would definitely stay in Llandudno again as it has more to do and, from what we saw, much bigger beaches. Thank you for a lovely week. Our son said it all on the last day: 'I don't want to leave Wales!'

For a property of this size I would have expected a dishwasher and one or two more mirrors in the house.. Also more instructions about food recycling especially food. Altogether though we had a good weeks holiday

Very spacious ,comfortable, well equipped house in lovely location although not facing the coast as much as the brochure implies.. A lovely part of the world with lots of fantastic views and places to explore. We hope to return !

We were not expecting to be the first occupants in this renovated property; everything was new! We have given slightly less than full marks for comfort as the springiness of the bed was not to our taste, but this is just a personal preference. We had taken the grandchildren for their annual few days away from mum and dad and they really liked the choice of things to do in the area. Unfortunately after a sizzling summer, the weather was typically Welsh, but this did not cause us too much of a problem and we were able to visit the Great Orme by cable car and tram, take some exhilarating rides on the Fforest Coaster at Zip World and generally explore the ruggedness of Snowdonia and the sandy beaches of Llandudno. Had we needed them, the house was well stocked with board games, but by the time we arrived back in the evenings, after a full day, it was time for bed.
