The hosts are very welcoming and provided gluten free biscuits and milk to welcome us as we had told them we were gluten free.. The flat was spotless, and it’s location was magical.

This apartment was spotlessly clean .. Fantastic views from living room, lovely decor . The kitchen had everything you could possibly need too. One thing about the bedroom. Could blackout or dark blinds be fitted ? Light comes through cream blinds and wakes you up way too early than needed be. Surrounding area great places to walk to, definitely recommend Aber Falls, Conwy Nature Reserve, Rhosneigr, Menai Bridge. The owners were very friendly too. John , Chesterfield Derbyshire.

Gwylanedd Two is a Beautiful apartment with wonderful views.. It is very well equipped with lots of very useful extras - the owners have thought of everything you might need and there were delicious traditional complimentary cakes too! The owners were very welcoming and helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday here and would highly recommed this property. Probably the best self-catering accomodation I've ever stayed in! Superb!

We loved staying at this apartment.. It was furnished tastefully and very comfortable in every way. The heating was really good with no cold spots at all throughout the accommodation. Sitting looking out to sea while having breakfast was really special. The owners supplied over and above what I expected for self catering accommodation ie washing up liquid, kitchen roll, cling film, foil and on arrival fresh milk in the fridge with tea, coffee, Welsh cakes and Welsh fruit cake. A really welcoming touch. The apartment is in a very good location to visit all the areas attractions. We would love to return next year. Thank you

Gwylanedd Two is a delightful property, comfortable and well equipped, a lovely friendly welcome too.. We had a very pleasant stay, easy access to Snowdonia, Anglesey and all of North Wales. Llanfairfechan is great for walking along the coast path and up into the mountains. Great food and drink in the Pavillion and Oceans cafe which are both just a moment from the accommodation.

We were greeted by the lovely owner - who conveniently lives next door, should you need anything.. She gave us a quick lowdown of the apartment - and the facilities in the town. The apartment is perfectly located on the seafront. The lounge window provides views over to Anglesey and Llandudno/Orme. It is spacious, very clean, and has EVERYTHING that you need. Comfy leather recliners, huge bed, powerful shower - but it was the personal touches that made it special. A welcome pack of tea, coffee and baked goodies, milk in the fridge, binoculars, board games, beach games, sewing kit - I could go on and on.

Wow! This apartment is superb! We have stayed in a great many self-catering holiday properties and, without doubt, this is one of the very best. High quality décor throughout, with furnishings and fittings all well maintained. On arrival, the welcome we received was excellent, with plenty of little touches to quickly ease us into a relaxed holiday. With an elevated position, located right on the seafront, there are fantastic views to Anglesey, Great Orme and Puffin Island from the lounge bay window. There is plenty to do in such a small area of North Wales but the high-light for us was nearby Aber Falls (after a substantial overnight downpour). The village is bisected by the North Wales Expressway but don't let that put you off - it's a short walk to the shops and takeaways (the Indian is very good). There are a few places to eat out in the village but we used Oceans next door - food was good and reasonably priced, though the service was a erratic. Would we go back again? Definitely.

We had a lovely stay at Gwylanedd 2 in June 2017.. The apartment is well equipped and scrupulously clean with lovely sea views from the living room. Very well located, perfect for exploring Snowdonia and the North Wales Coast with local shops, parks, a duck pond and nature reserve all within walking distance. We found the owners to be friendly and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

The property was in an excellent location, just across the road from the beach.. It was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. There were a lot of little extras which were very thoughtful.. A lot of information is available on things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend as somewhere to visit

My partner and I stayed here last month for a quiet getaway from the madness of London. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect location and accommodation to stay in! Everything was so homely - the hosts Jean & Marty were very welcoming, friendly and informative about the surrounding area. The location is right on the water with beautiful, picturesque views. The complimentary tea, coffee, fruit and traditional welsh cake were a lovely surprise. It's those little touches that make all the difference. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be seeing you again! If you are looking for a quiet, romantic stay in a modern, seaside nook - this is the place!

This is the cleanest holiday rental I have ever stayed in - and I have stayed in quite a few. The apartment has a lovely beach theme and is spacious and homely. It is home from home, and there were cake/scones and fruit all included. It was our wedding anniversary and the owners Jean and Mark had left a bottle of bubbly in the fridge for us, which was a lovely touch. The apartment overlooks the beach and is near to Anglesey and Conway. Our stay was lovely and we were 100% happy with the location, the apartment and the lovely owners.
