we were for the 4th time in this practical apartment with the beautiful swimming pool. Thanks to the elevators, pensioners can easily go shopping, to the Parsenn and to the train station!

Great pool and nice caretaker! Apartment could do with some refurbishment (bathroom and extractor hood kitchen). We walked 15-20 minutes each with 2 small children to the Bünda ski school.

House was built in 1972; Furnishings, kitchen and bathroom have not been renewed since then; only floor coverings replaced and walls painted; ancient stained and broken worktop in kitchen; ancient bathtub with a rough floor; insufficient light in the bathroom; ancient hard mattresses; worst of all were the ancient stained and smelly pillows and duvets; many thanks to the property manager who provided new pillows and blankets

Cosy, somewhat rustic apartment. Simple kitchen and bathroom but well furnished and very clean. Very good view from the balcony and central location (5 minutes from the promenade) on the hillside.

I've been to the Gardeval several times. The location of the house is very good in my opinion. The apartments are functional and absolutely fine. Only the bathrooms could use some updating.

It is unacceptable for bathing shoes to be banned in the swimming pool. Every dermatologist/hygienist insists on the use of bathing shoes in public baths to avoid foot diseases. (Foot, nail fungus, etc.) It is also necessary to install an intercom at the lower entrance. When it snows, it is difficult to drive on the road with a normal car. In my experience, such suggestions change nothing. I have never received any response from them.
