The cottage can sleep six people in two ground floor double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower, and one first floor double bedroom with en-suite shower as well as a ground floor family shower room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside there is roadside parking and a courtyard with furniture. Grogan's Cottage is a perfect spot for a relaxing holiday.

The bustling market town of Listowel, designated as a Heritage Town of Ireland lies alongside the bubbling River Feale in the beautiful north of County Kerry. Listowel is celebrated as the literary capital of Ireland, and the annual festival is one of Ireland’s most famous, with authors and playwrights from around the world descending upon the town each June. The narrow streets are littered with brightly painted buildings, home to many welcoming shops and pubs, with the latter regularly showcasing traditional Irish music. The town offers something for everyone with a popular racecourse providing two meetings a year, a golf course, a writer's museum, the unique Lartigue Railway, the Garden of Europe, a May Bank Holiday weekend military tattoo, September Harvest Food Fair and a castle.
