Gollwitzer Park (Insel Poel) Apartment 3 Rostock, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

1. When you enter the apartment you feel like you are entering a cave (NOT enough daylight due to the bushes and trees in front of the windows! 2. The cleanliness of the kitchen leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to the dishes and especially the extractor hood (grease lint hangs down) 3. Bedroom: small closet can only be used for underwear and socks, large closet NO compartments for laundry - only 10 coat hangers. Instead the broom and vacuum cleaner are in the corner - no curtain!!! 4. Balcony = desolate

Inadequate cleanliness (room, windows, balcony and its furniture) despite airing out the accommodation there was an unpleasant smell (mold?) Extractor hood in kitchen and kitchen base in need of repair Equipment showing its age Plastic furniture for the balcony is no longer up to date, the floor tiles of the balcony were crooked and uneven and partly loose...

The apartment is of a normal standard, only the outdoor area or playground for the children is in a not so good condition. Recommended for couples without children, yes, with children, no. WLAN was set up by the caretaker during the holiday.

It would be nice if there was hot water in the shower

The resort is in a quiet location and you can relax there. The apartment is cozy and the inventory is sufficient. The balcony tiles are a stumbling block as they are only loosely laid. There is still room for improvement here.

The location was great, short walk and we were right on the sea. The grounds were well maintained and ideal for children. Unfortunately we slept very badly in the apartment. The pillows were an impertinence, every morning we woke up with a headache. The apartment was declared for up to 4 people, unfortunately there were only blankets and pillows for 2 people. Something went totally wrong with handing over the keys, which made arrival difficult

Accommodation was very dirty on arrival, leftovers from the previous guest in the fridge and oven. Dishwasher was moldy. Blankets and pillows for 2 people were cleaned on request and a blanket was brought that was dirty and stained. The whole apartment smelled like a wet dog. The water was either cold or boiling hot when showering. No internet reception at all... absolutely not recommended... we were very disappointed. For 100 euros a day.....

The cleanliness of our apartment left a lot to be desired. Starting from the stairwell, bathroom, bedspreads had stains, stains and hair from the previous guest. The pillow was torn, the cot that was booked smelled musty. Otherwise the beach there was very nice and the caretaker of the vacation rental was also very nice.

The apartment is well described and adequately equipped. The place and the beach section are just as tranquil. The only flaw is the lack of an internet connection, which is not advertised for the apartment. The place is currently being hooked up to 'fast' internet so hopefully this will be a thing of the past soon.
