The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with a double oven/grill, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining seating for four people, and a sitting room with HD TV with full Sky package including Sports & Movies, a PlayStation 2 and a DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin with LCD TV with Freeview and DVD player, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a seaward facing terrace and a rear decked terrace, both with furniture. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.7 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted. Please bring own bedding for the cot. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. An escape to Cornwall is not complete without a stay at Godrevy View.

Carbis Bay, a seaside community in St Ives, is well known for its stunning stretch of sugar-white sand beach. The beach has a tropical vibe thanks to its turquoise waves and sheltered location, making it ideal for a relaxing day at the beach. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Center, so if sunbathing isn't your thing, why not rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard and head out on the water? For a truly luxurious experience, why not book yourself a day at the luxurious hotel, which overlooks the beach and has a lovely terrace from where you can sip your cocktails? Carbis Bay is home to a handful of small businesses and eateries, as well as a fish-and-chip takeaway and a branch line of the railway.
