Glan Y Gors Cottage is a lovely semi-detached cottage situated close to the village of Llangernyw just five miles from Conwy in North Wales. The cottage can sleep four people and has one ground floor twin bedroom with zip/link beds which can be joined to make a king-size, one super king-size double room with en-suite shower and family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen, conservatory with dining area and separate sitting room with a woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars (no electric car charging facilities) and a private patio with furniture. Glan Y Gors Cottage is a delightful cottage from which to explore this fabulous part of the country. Please note ground floor King size bed can now be made into twins, please contact the owner/Sykes as to the requirements you would like.

The village of Eglwysbach is in the wonderful Conwy Valley, which is renowned for its beautiful countryside, scenic walks and the world famous Bodnant Gardens.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. No electric car charging facilities. Bike storage. Private lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: This property has a locked adjoining door to the owner's house. Note: Mobile signal may be limited. Note: First floor bedroom accessed by narrow spiral staircase and may not be suitable for the less mobile. In addition there is a ground floor family bathroom which has a combined bath and shower. Note: Private pond in grounds no access to guests, children must be supervised. The garden is enclosed so dogs can wander freely but please note dogs must be kept on a lead in all other areas due to livestock. Great location, friendly hosts, accommodation clean and practical.. Farm animals great for the children to see and ask about. Good access to the north coast of Wales however this is via single track lanes to and from the location. Ideal for us as a family of four with Two children under 11. They have a camping and caravan club site on the farm as well with electric hook up so options all round. Would recommend.

Good loccation for exploring North Wales.. 20 minute drive took us to many different locations. A working farm was great for the kids also with chickens, goats, pigs and ducks to look at and even feed. Hosts were very welcoming and if we needed anything were very quick to espond.

The holiday cottage was clean and comfortable.. However, the wifi does not exist there. There is no modem in the cottage as it 'piggy backs' onto the owners adjoining cottage's modem. We realised this when trying out our iPad at various places within the property. The only place it was patchily available was when you stand next to the door which adjoins the owners cottage which is in the hallway. There is no modem or extension to a modem in the holiday cottage. To advertise this as having wifi is simply wrong. When you have to keep in touch with your business during your holiday you expect to get what is advertised. Had we known this was the situation we would have gone elsewhere. Sykes contacted the owner who denied the wifi was not there. I believe Sykes should check this situation out instead of telling me there is nothing they can do about it. YES there is, check it out and then alter your listing and stop misleading the holidaymakers.

Cottage was very comfortable and warm.. The simple little touches were lovely. Made to feel welcome. Roads very narrow but if l can manage at 71 . Close to get to so many places to visit. If you have a dog we found plenty of dog friendly places to eat.

Very dog friendly, we had a lovely time in this cottage, very relaxing.. every thing you need, The only problem some may have, is the spiral staircase up to the main bed room.

Brilliant stay kids loved it, thanks to Geoff, Karen and Rebecca letting them help with the sheep and chickens.. Lovely area, old stag at llangrnwy served good food. Narrow roads so take care, but well placed for coast, surf Snowdonia and zipworld among many attractions.

We had a fantastic stay and want to thank the owners for taking care of us.. The cottage was lovely and in a beautiful setting. Our only tiny niggle was that the walls to the adjoining neighbours cottage were quite thin but other than that, we would definitely be back!

Fantastic location, extremely friendly and helpful hosts.. Defo the most dog friendly place we have ever stayed in. Twixt Snowdonian mountains covered in snow and seaside in full sun a mini Austria experience and all within 100 miles from home.
