Area
A scattered, rural village situated close to the cliffs of Point Lynas and the little bay of Porth Eilian, on the beautiful north coast of Anglesey. Llaneilian stands amidst lovely countryside, which is perfect for scenic walks and cycle rides, but is perhaps best known for its lighthouse built in 1835, and its small, attractive shingle and sand beach, which is sheltered by cliffs and headland making it perfect for swimming, boating, fishing and other water sports. Just 2 miles west is the old port of Amlwch, the most northerly town in Wales, and Parys Mountain, where visitors can enjoy the Copper Mine Trail Walk amidst the old ruins of what was once the world's largest copper mine in the 18th century. Amlwch's harbour dates back to the Middle Ages and once was a thriving port. There is excellent fishing and golf nearby as well as beautiful sandy beaches and spectacular cliff top walks. Enjoy the medieval town of Beaumaris, with its 13th century moated castle, museums, excellent shops, pubs and restaurants, take a day trip into Snowdonia or visit Dublin from the nearby port of Holyhead.

This cottage is in need of much work the list of problems is endless Its in a lovely place but the area around and the garden has lots of dog poo The owners dog uses it as a toilet and is let out alone so it stays were it was deposited. There is a half burnt mattress in the adjacent field that you can see from the cottage not nice to look at . The cottage inside is in need of work from decorating to cleaning ,the bedroom is so small that you have to walk sideways to get in and out of bed. No wardrobe space for clothes just a small shelf . The toilet leaks the bath leaks the sink in the kitchen leaks. The towel dryer in bathroom is taped up and unsafe. The rugs and carpets need changing. If anyone is thinking of going with a child and using the so called attic room please don't its not fit as it stands for children to be up there its very damp and smelly. The owners very large male dog tries to mate with mine male dog at every opportunity so we ended up having to take the dog to the toilet by been carried to the car and driving outside, Her dog scratches the door until gone 10 pm and we had to get the owner 5 or 6 times to remove him The garden is not private when the owners dog can enter because its not secured by a gate or fence. I don't normally leave negative reviews but this is how I found it and I do have pictures and proof if needed.
