2 weeks of vacation in this very nice house with our 3 children and our Golden. The air conditioning was much appreciated when it was 35 to 40 degrees every day from 8am, as well as the swimming pool to cool off. The garden is very large and offers many spaces to relax. The hosts have always been very discreet but available to help us with our visits or with their house. We recommend this rental without hesitation.

We spent two weeks here. Great big property, away from the hustle and bustle. Very quiet location. The landlords only speak Italian, but with an app for everyone it's not a problem. We were greeted with a delicious snack and a few drinks. We received lots of tips, whether it was about places to visit or restaurants. The pool was cleaned regularly in consultation with us regarding the time and day. That way we weren't "disturbed". Everything was great.

Excellent welcome by B. and his wife, who remained reachable by Whatsapp throughout the stay. Well-equipped villa. Note: a double room is located in an annex behind the main house, which does not pose any particular problems during the stay. Functional swimming pool, which we were able to use despite the advanced season (early October). The property is isolated between Caprarica and Calimera. As a result, tranquility is assured by the proximity of supermarkets and restaurants.

The house is as described. When we arrived, the swimming pool was dirty for 2 days, unused. Repairs are commendably fast. Internet problems. Easy to know, great friendly and helpful hosts. Good safe environment.
