Girasol Jávea, Valencian Community

Apartment was in great location overlooking the marina, with easy walking access to both the Arenal and a little further to the Port. It is in a nice complex. Good swimming pool and pleasant garden area, Apartment could do with a freshen-up decoratively.

The grounds at Girasol are beautifully kept, and the apartment is in a great location. Unfortunately, the apartment is in need of some TLC and would benefit from some improvements.

The apartment is in a fantastic location but is in need of renovation. The water supply in particular is a drama. Constant brown water from the tap due to outdated boiler. Flushing toilet does not work well. Kitchen is very outdated. Mattresses are bad, slept badly for 2 weeks. On arrival we immediately replaced the shower curtain and the tablecloth on the terrace. These were too dirty to handle. Cleaning could be much better anyway.

The residence is very good, superb view from the apartment on the marina. Clean and complete apartment. On the other hand, it will really be time to change the bedding because it is really catastrophic!!! Wi-Fi would be a big plus...

Because we had previously rented another apartment in this complex, there were certain expectations. However, everything in the interior is dated or dirty. (Continuous yellow water from the taps in the bathroom including the toilet)

While the accommodation is getting tired, it is good value for money and is in an ideal location for our personal use. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is fine, but it has water problems, which I think the owner knows and still rents it, the back of the large bed, is ..., the living room cushions too.

The mattress of the double bed was in terrible condition, the sheets were loose and where they were held broken, my husband had to fix it on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. so we could take a nap. The window of the small room was difficult to open. Being located next to the marina we were riddled with mosquitoes, It does not have air conditioning. The condition of the apartment was not verified

Very nice apartment with a magnificent view! Be careful, however, with the bedding which is of poor quality (a little dilapidated!).

Hello, we were with three adults and one child (6) in the apartment. It worked, the apartment was as described in the offer. From the location very good to the sea it was not far you could see it from the balcony. The complex had a pool that was easy to use and also suitable for children. In the complex itself everything was neat and clean, very nicely laid out with flowers and plants. We also found the location right on the canal to be very good, as it was interesting with the boats.
