The cleanliness of the accommodation was acceptable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there are also some complaints. The water drain on the sink was impossible to control; in my opinion, no one had checked its functionality in a while. After the repair was completed, it wasn't cleaned properly, and the sink foot mat was only replaced after two complaints. There's more to report, but there's no room to write.

The AktiVital is a rather simple house, the rooms are pretty worn and the house itself is very badly soundproofed, it was very clean

The apartment was big enough, but the furniture and the kitchen equipment were a bit dated. WLAN/Internet coverage was sometimes quite weak. We found the breakfast offer to be a bit overpriced, here you can alternatively use the bread roll service for self-sufficiency. Overall, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
