Excellent location, close to the beach and shops nearby, but the house could be reviewed at little cost given the price applied. Uncomfortable bedding, 3 windows not closing (broken latches) and not repaired despite my 2 requests, rusty microwave , air conditioning in the living room only, crawling insects in the bathroom, rickety shower, internet regularly cut and not active in the bedrooms...

It was a fantastic holiday and the first time at the sea for the little ones. Beach and shops not far away and restaurants within easy walking distance. Own pool and grill, both were gladly used. Equipment is perfectly adequate, air conditioning available. The beach is clean and separated from the dog beach, so the police pay attention to it. The bed is very hard and an awning and seat pads would still be missing on the terrace. Otherwise perfect, we'll be back!

The wifi is terrible .... quite correct cleaning ... the mattresses and especially the pillows terrible. Regarding the neighbors in the areas, say that the local police caught our attention for being in the pool at 6 in the afternoon laughing and bathing ... 2 girls and three adults without music and nothing and the grandparents watching .. .I thought it was embarrassing and a bad time for my daughters ..... For the rest, everything was fine. Thanks

I have to say that this is the second time that we have rented in the Gaviotas houses, the price-location relationship is great and the house and pool meet the expectations to spend a few pleasant days and disconnect The only fault is the utensils, few or few lack of toaster, pots (there were 2 and one of them burned) and pans. And a light in the BBQ area. Also the entrance fence was broken, we stayed 3 nights and had a good time for longer stays the fence would have to be fixed.

I have to say first that the attention of the staff to access the property is very good, very attentive and pleasant. The house is nice on one floor, it was clean and the three rooms are fine for 6 people. The kitchen is small but sufficient. The only thing to improve is the kitchenware that is not enough, there are missing items such as cutting knives, scissors and some more pans, but nothing that is relevant. For everything else perfect.

The best thing is its location, very quiet. the house is spacious and fairly new (although it has quite a few signs of use). When we arrived the pool was very dirty, we called and they immediately came and fixed it (but that first afternoon we could no longer use it). The wifi does not work, the tdt on the TV also failed, the beds are extremely uncomfortable (the worst of the stay) and the shower in one of the sinks was too small. In general we were very comfortable but these details should be improved

The house was in a desolate state, broken lightbulbs, dirty drawers in the bathroom, wet dishes in the cupboards, the back bathroom could not be used because it smelled terribly when you opened the door, used ear swabs were lying on the terrace, we were Very disappointed with the accommodation.
