The rustico would be a beautiful little house with a wonderful terrace. A major flaw: at night, spiders crawl out of every crack. On the walls, ceilings, floors, in the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The likely cause is the dampness in the house. Sleeping here is unacceptable. This problem must be resolved professionally, with the help of an exterminator. We booked a hotel after spending the night in the car. There was no broom for the terrace, so we "mopped" it with newspaper.
