I would like to start with something: the sea view is really spectacular. - Facilities like the dishwasher were in a bad condition - Power failures happened almost every day - You recognize dirt if you take a closer look - The garage entrance is misconstructed and ruined my bumper

Positive: the view of the sea from the terrace is beautiful and the landlord is very personable and was always approachable. The house is very old, the garden furniture is frighteningly wobbly and the huge umbrella has been repaired with duct tape. He also fell down twice. The house is on a very busy road and all night you can hear motorcyclists revving up loudly, ambulances with sirens. Lots of mosquitoes. We couldn't get in twice because of a power failure

The greatest advantage of a house is its owner. M. is nice, helpful, polite. The house is impressive. This is a huge mansion with two exits. Through one, you can go out to the street that is located right next to the beach, and through the other, you can go to the main street in Formia. Although the house is in the center, it is quiet in it. Wifi works great. Only drivers of wide cars can have a problem - the entrance to the property is a bit narrow. Our dog was delighted too!

Very nice, friendly and helpful landlord. Wonderful property with a special flair. We are repeat offenders and would love to come back.

Our swiss sailing team and coach had a great week in Formia. Comfortable house with nice terraces and garden to hang out. Very friendly and helpful host!

A different, magical house is very beautiful. So for the kids, it was all very convenient. We are delighted to have been able to spend 14 days in Formia and we will be back with pleasure next year.

Optimal location. Splendid terrace with sea view. Jumanji style garden to take care of a little more. Spacious interior with air conditioning. Maybe the furniture would need to be "rejuvenated" a bit ... Absolutely to be done: the machines entrance to be expanded !! Overall, the judgment is positive! The host was very helpful, kind and, which is of immense value to me, a real gentleman.

Everything about this house is beautiful. The house, a stone's throw from the beach, is airy and gracious. The furniture (of great taste) tells the story of the house and of the lucky people who live there. There are a vegetable garden and a large garden. From the house, from the garden, from the terrace there is always a view of the sea and the spectacular Gulf of Gaeta. And then the guests are exquisite.

Beautiful and very cozy house; warm and relaxing atmosphere. The personal and antique furniture (with beautiful furniture) makes you participate in the "history" of the house, so that you can perceive the generosity and familiarity of the owners, exquisite people, who have also left good reads available to guests. A few meters from the beach. Especially nice to dine on the beautiful terrace. We highly recommend a vacation.

Very close to beach, cities Formia and Gaeta are very nice. House equipped with all needed facilities with nice old style furnitures. Two sunshine terracess, one big shaded by the tree- perfect place for breakfast or cup of coffee. Orchard with the oranges and lemons. One of the most important thing is the owner, very pleasant and helpfull. The only thing that disturb a little bit is that house can be more clean.

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Gabrielle. We were welcomed by the owner who gave us the keys, a chilled bottle of white wine and olives - really great after 8 hours of travelling! The house is excellent and the terraces (yes, it has several!) has direct views of the sea. There is always a terrace with sun and one with shade. We highly recommend this villa!
