The reception by the property manager, F., was warm, and check-in and check-out were seamless. The biggest asset is the large, covered terrace. The apartment is quite dark and has many corners. It has an unpleasant odor in places. We only used the bedroom. The wardrobe is purely decorative, as the owner stores her personal clothing there. A dresser pictured was missing. The towels, provided for a fee, are ancient, worn, and smell unpleasant. The bed is a disgrace.

We spent a week in Colico. The apartment is very spacious, but also a bit dark, which isn't apparent in the photos. The kitchen is well-stocked with china. We found the beds comfortable. Thankfully, we knew from a previous review that there was no coffee machine. The chairs in the kitchen are very wobbly, but you can always use the dining room instead. The outdoor area is a definite plus for dog owners. We'll definitely be back.

We spent a week in this apartment in the fall and we liked it a lot. Only the beds were a bit uncomfortable and there was no coffee machine. Otherwise everything was there and there was a nice little garden. Small shops, bakery, supermarket and the lake with restaurants are within easy walking distance. The landlord was also very friendly.

Very large holiday apartment with a beautiful bathroom with a whirlpool. The highlight for us was Axel, the owner's German shepherd. You just have to love him!!!!!!!

Nice big apartment, as described. Super mattresses, kitchen well equipped. Coffee machine would have been nice.. The owner's shepherd dog is always present and barks a lot. But it could also have been because of our male dog. Otherwise great property with nice furniture

an excellent accommodation which is fully equipped. the upstairs residents are friendly and helpful. there is a lot of space in and around the house. many nice towns and places of interest nearby to visit. the city center is within walking distance and has many nice terraces and restaurants. there are a few points for improvement, such as having a coffee maker and kettle. spoken language is Italian and limited English highly recommended.

The apartment is like a house. Large garden, mostly very quiet. The location is perfect, close to everything.

Apartment in Colico

Beautiful house with spaces large enough for five people. The owner is very nice. However mosquitoes in large quantities. Provide insecticide or other ...... ESSENTIAL.

It is not a holiday home or part of a house, it is a ground floor holiday apartment with a separate entrance. The landlords/managers live in the apartment above and can be heard well. The apartment was not prepared when we arrived. There were empty bottles in the sink and the level of cleanliness wasn't what it usually is in our Interchalet accommodations. There were opened groceries in the cupboards, it was unclear how old. Sesame seeds in the microwave, cups in the oven and a few personal items of clothing in the open cupboards. The instruction in the apartment, how everything works, was really poor. Nevertheless: beautiful enclosed garden and very good location. Quiet and yet very close to everything. A few minutes walk to the water, to the restaurant and to the supermarket. If you want, you can also simply leave your car. Our dog felt very comfortable and became friends with the landlord's shepherd dog, who was always in the adjoining part of the garden.

Great apartment, has everything you need. If you like filter coffee, you should bring your machine "with you".

It is an apartment that occupies the entire ground floor and has its own large garden with a terrace and a separate entrance. It is furnished to a very high standard and is clean. The kitchen is very well equipped, but lacks a teapot and egg cup. You should definitely take enough insect repellent with you, as there are a lot of mosquitoes. The location is very quiet, but the baker, butcher and grocery store are only a 10-minute walk away. The supermarket, train station, city center and promenade can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The landlords are very nice and have a dog that loves children, but who lives in a separate part of the garden.
