Positive point: proximity to the Beach on foot, pleasant terrace, underground parking with direct lift access, cleanliness of the residence, speed of intervention in the event of a breakdown (air conditioning for example) and friendliness of our interlocutors Negative points: car required for shops, neighbors of housing and terrace extremely noisy and not caring about the neighborhood, central alley very noisy day and night (despite the housing situation on the 7th floor), lack of equipment in the housing
