Solena Sainte Maxime, Provence-Alps-French Riviera

Beautiful location in the countryside (access via a French dirt road, not suitable for low-slung cars - but a car is essential). Lots of space, very large pool. Great location for trips in all directions. We didn't like the very worn condition - all the dishes were chipped and greasy, wobbly furniture, tiles around the pool were broken/sharp. Unfortunately, there is a kind of acoustic chimney effect from the house next door: 14 days of annoying non-stop partying from early to late with basketball and beer pong. Bad value for money!

There is a risk of injury around the pool, which is in need of renovation, fly screens are missing everywhere, also because there are a lot of small lizards running around. The inventory has also seen better days. And what is very bad is the access road to the house. It would also be very nice if the caretaker could speak a little English, that was incredible. The lady was very nice and tried hard, but we couldn't communicate.

The house and the reception exceeds expectations. Clean and spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Only the beds upstairs were too short and one made noise at the slightest movement. We couldn't use this room

The layout of the house is at the top for 2 families with teenagers, and nikel for 8 people. The luxury of having 1 bathroom per room, wow... The swimming pool is phenomenal. We will return. It is isolated without opposite, access a little difficult, dirt road in the middle of the forest. Nathalie for receiving the keys at the top.

Some sun loungers were broken (were exchanged), the quality of the loungers was rather bad (plastic loungers, very unstable); not enough sun protection (only 1 umbrella, already broken) very nice and large pool, pool vacuum cleaner; beautiful garden, quiet location; large covered terrace; very nice and cozy interior
