Could be a nice house in a great location for the town and beach. However, condition is tired. Upon arrival there was an electric socket hanging out of the wall, a broken bed with several slats broken and so unusable, a broken window latch that meant the building could not be locked, the toilet seat was off, the garage door was also hanging off and that too could not be locked. NOT a good start. I fixed the garage door and toilet seat and had to wait in a full day and a half for a workman. POOR.

The only criticism of this house is the toilet: the room itself is much too small/too narrow, has no window and the exhaust air does not work. Tall people have to leave the door open, which is not necessarily pleasant for the other roommates.
