Private: terraced garden, 1'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (4 x 9 m, depth 80 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: roof terrace, central heating system. Stepped path (49 steps) to the house. Single garage. Supermarket 3.3 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 7.4 km pebble beach "Granadella" 1 km. Tennis 3.3 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Was certainly not our choice .. but since another house was not accessible by bad country road of 400 m (rather good as a motocross course) this was the only house that was proposed to us (choice limited). Far too many stairs .. 60 approximately, most without handrail. Swimming pool above house only accessible via dangerous stairs. Child-unfriendly home

Two beds sound the springs when turning and mattresses too soft from use. One from each room. To change. And another is not very good either. The perfect marriage. The use of television is restricted, because a lot of satellite .. But you don't see any channel in Spain, and with the times that we are, you only find out about international news if you don't know languages. The owners could have the delicacy of being in Spain using Spanish television. It is an extraordinary house.

Ideal to switch off and relax. Great set up of the kitchen. The mattresses could be better. The pool left nothing to be desired and the location is perfect. Again any time.

Pretty house in line with our expectations with magnificent sea view, quiet, superb swimming pool and pretty garden. About 2 km from the beach accessible only by car or small train, not on foot. To review, the aging pool umbrellas as well as the deckchairs. We had a problem with the dishwasher that was quickly resolved. Note the stairs all around the house.

The house met the description, all accessories were present and both the mattresses and the kitchen appliances have been completely renewed. But the photo is more or less incorrect because on the 2nd floor the sun canopy cannot be used and the floor was locked. quite a disappointment! You also have a beautiful view of the sea from the house. Please also take 44 into account! steps before entering the house. The only downside for us was the maintenance of the garden. This could be much better. Because the pine needles were not removed and were left between the plants, they ended up in the pool several times. Additionally, the barbecue grill was filthy on arrival. A few minor points after a successful holiday!
