Very clean, lovingly and tastefully furnished, with everything you could possibly need, and a very friendly and attentive landlady. We would happily recommend the "Seepferdchen" apartment. Quiet location, a short walk to the beach, where you can stop for ice cream. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

It was truly great here! Everything you need in a vacation rental to make you feel at home was there. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, the apartment overall very cozy, and everything was very clean. The location is also great! It's a short walk to the center and thus to the beach. There are shops nearby, there are plenty of restaurants, and the apartment is a good starting point for excursions. We'll definitely be back.

Very friendly landlady who lives in the house next door. The apartment is outside the center, near the main road, but you couldn't hear anything from it. Well equipped and very clean.

great house with great attention to detail. Great contact with the landlady. If something is, she is there immediately and lovingly takes care of her guests. We got a basket of wood every evening and you can get everything on site. Own bike rental, jet ski rental in summer. What more do you want. We will be back and can recommend it to everyone. Also a great property for multiple families.

we had a relaxing holiday in the seahorse, as we have done for 10 years. Thanks to our nice landlord and the very clean and tastefully furnished apartment. We had sunshine, storm and great food in Zinnowitz. You can do something at any time of the year and there are great excursion destinations by bike or boat. a car is not required.

In autumn we spent a nice week in the clean, tidy and lovingly furnished apartment. The apartment is very centrally located, daily shopping is within walking distance and the center/beach/pier is just a 15-minute walk away. The landlords are available with advice and action without imposing themselves. In that respect a very nice holiday. Two small points of criticism for us: the parking situation is a bit cramped, everyone has to be considerate of each other here.

We were very satisfied. When it comes to equipment, everything has been thought of. The fireplace is a great place to make yourself comfortable even when the weather is fresh.

The apartment is very dark. The windows can only be opened to a limited extent. The boiler room is directly behind the smaller room and can be heard, even at night. Now the heating had failed for several days, but there was no hot water. The shower has no shower hose-very unsuitable, mainly with a child. The apartment is very noisy.
