Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Barbecue. In the house: sun terrace, roof terrace, central heating system. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant 600 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 7 km, shingle beach "La Granadella" 5 km. Tennis 800 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

The cottage was as described, everything in perfect order and clean on arrival. Requested extra towels from Interhome and they kindly provided them at no extra cost. The location of the house is ideal, at the end of a very quiet cul de sac. I definitely recommend it and would love to go there again myself. Not a single negative point

we would have wished so much to relax by the pool under the palm tree during the midday sun. But that was not possible because of the countless mosquitoes that lingered in the lawn that had not been mowed for a long time. Otherwise, a regularly tended garden could have created a lot more sense of wellbeing. The gardener came 1 time to remove some palm leaves. The pool man came irregularly, so we had no chlorine in the pool for 3 days, the day before we left there were 4 tabs !?

The house is completely in line with the description, quiet and very pleasant. Superb roof terrace with view to the sea, access to which is minimum 20 minutes by car. Even if parking on the street is not a problem, only one car for parking. Standard household appliances present. On the other hand, the agency treats its clients like files, no personalization, no information. ...

IN IF I BELIEVE THAT WHAT CAN BE IMPROVED AND A LOT ARE THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE REAL ESTATE COMPANY. FOR EXAMPLE THERE WAS PRACTICALLY NOTHING TO BE ABLE TO CLEAN, ONLY A FLOOR SCRUB THAT THE PREVIOUS TENANT WILL LEAVE, FOR THE BATHROOM, THERE WAS NOTHING, THE KIT THAT THEY LEFT FOR THE DISHES IS SUPER POOR. THE TOWELS VERY JUST AS THEY SHOULD PROVIDE SOME POOL AS THE HOUSE HAS IT. TV WITHOUT SPANISH CHANNELS. THE POOL AFTER 5 DAYS THE WATER WAS BAD, THEY SHOULD GO TO CHECK THAT.

Very pleasant house, the garden is magnificent. The environment is calm, the swimming pool is well maintained. Little lighting, however, for dining on the terrace, a bulb and the one in the swimming pool no longer working. Very well equipped kitchen, it just lacks a grill in the oven. The air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms works well but no fans in the others.
