Step out of your back gate and you are straight onto the headland with fantastic walks from your doorstep. Your dog is going to love it here too.

• Accessibility: This is a reverse-level house with bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor. Living accommodation on the first floor and further stairs to access the roof terrace.
• Kitchen and utilities: Built-in double oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, integral dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer.
• Facilities for families: Travel cot, highchair and fixed stairgate provided at ground floor level.
• Outside: Small courtyard with space to store cycles, kayaks, surfboards but please bring your own padlocks. Fantastic private roof terrace with seating options and barbecue.
• Pets: 1 pet allowed - £25 per week - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment.
• Parking: One allocated space in communal parking area, public car parking available very close by.

• Changeover time: Check in at 4pm. Check out at 10am.
