Price performance ratio is in order. The steps up are very adventurous. Everything you need is available. The toaster is quite small and could do with being replaced.

The stairs inside the apartment are very steep and narrow. Not suitable for families with small children and seniors! No free WiFi!

The mattresses are saggy. In the kitchen there is so little space between the fridge and the extractor hood that you have to wriggle around to get to the sink. There was space in the bathroom and the connections for a washing machine, which didn't exist there. And WiFi would also be an issue.

Location of the apartment TOP. Cleanliness impossible when occupied. Leftovers from the previous guest on and under the dining table. Dust bunnies in the bedroom. The window panes to the balcony were totally smeared. Kitchenette a bit too small. Otherwise appropriately furnished. Despite everything, we had a nice stay. LG from Neuss

The great location is really great, but the apartment is quite small. Rather bad for a family with small children, since the shower is very difficult to regulate through the gas heater and the stairs to the second bedroom also take some getting used to. However, the apartment was clean and apart from a few small things you have everything you need.

The stairs to the bedroom were a bit steep and unfortunately we didn't have an umbrella on the balcony. Otherwise the apartment was great. We will definitely come again.
