Small things, the couch was very uncomfortable and cold - leather couch, the pillows in the bedroom were very hard, separate duvets would have been more comfortable for us.

Nice employee of the agency, the apartment was clean and in good condition. Above all, it was very well equipped for the kitchen area. Small flaws on the entrance door and balcony sliding door (stuck).

Uncomplicated and flexible key handover (despite about 2 hours delay). The equipment in the apartment is a bit older but very well maintained, the pool is great and relatively warm (open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. in summer). The associated underground parking space with direct elevator access is great. Occupancy: 1 adult, 1 teenager Point of criticism: we found the couch quite uncomfortable, the bedroom is very small (was ok for us)

When describing "The neighborhood is very sensitive to noise." none of us had the idea that it could be a residential complex for the elderly. So we were happy that it will be quiet. In fact, overall it was very quiet on the property except for some barking dogs and gardening in the neighborhood. The only downside was that the building didn't have windows that opened on the stairwell, so entering the building exposed you to the stench.

The apartment was very clean, everything was there that you need, a new coffee machine would be needed. And the barking dogs at night wasn't sparkling.

Perfect holiday home for a short stay. Beautiful bathroom and all materials in the kitchen were present.

Apartment very functional, well maintained and well equipped. Good range, quiet and well located. Only small drawback, the room being cramped, access to the closet and bed is almost acrobatic. An asset (Not indicated at the handing over of the keys): the underground car park where we keep the car is directly accessible by lift from the floor of the apartment: practical for loading and unloading.

Just great, we were lucky the pool was open, the complex was perfect. Quiet and not far from the beach and town. Garage was also right in the basement, everything together was really nice, will be back!!!!
