Fairways is a super bungalow situated near the Devon seaside village of Woolacombe. The bungalow sleeps five people and has one king bedroom with an en-suite, a twin room, a single room and a family bathroom. There is also a kitchen, open plan dining and sitting area and a conservatory. Outside is a garden with seating and off road parking for one car. With easy access to Woolacombe village and beach, Fairways is an excellent choice for a traditional family holiday. Please note: this property accept max 5 people including infants

All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x king with en-suite shower room, shower, basin and WC. 1 x twin, 1 x single with TV. Bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar. Open plan sitting and dining area. Conservatory.

Area
The seaside town of Woolacombe is located on the north Devon coast and is home to a wonderful 3 mile long golden beach which has been awarded Blue Flag status and has safe family swimming. Woolacombe has won many awards and is a fabulous holiday destination with a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. Woolacombe lies within the North Devon Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with its dramatic coastal cliffs and landscape. Along the coast is the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe and from here you can take a boat trip to magical Lundy Island, a place of natural beauty, which will provide you with an unforgettable experience. Exmoor National Park is close by with its rolling countryside and quaint villages. A fabulous area for a superb family holiday.

Just not sure what to say, mix emotions with this place. Beautiful area, beautiful bungalow. But didn't sleep well at all, the beds are very uncomfortable and the sofa was uncomfortable too. The kitchen equipment needs updating, it was difficult cooking, but managed. Washing clothes was difficult too, no washing line, no dryer but found a broken washing stand in the garage. We managed. Recycling was difficult to no where to but are rubbish the bins where full. And it wasn't clear at all how to recycle and where to but it.. Ilfcombe was a good day out and so was woolacombe. But staying there was difficult it needs sorting out in a lot of areas. Not fare on other people staying there It's a shame because it did spoil it for us. But beautiful bungalow and area. It's half an hour walk to the beach, I thought it was 10 mins, so the information that I read was misleading I am afraid. I will not be going back

Nice well equipped bungalow in a quiet residential location.. It's a cul-de-sac so no problems with traffic - hardly saw anyone. Our only complaint was the mattress on the double bed. In our view it was extremely hard and lumpy - woke up feeling achy. Look out for high car park charges if you want a short visit to Woolacombe.

Lovely bungalow, excellent position, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. The only thing was that the heating didn’t come on until 7.30p.m. And as the weather had cooled down this was too late to warm the place up. So we resorted to blankets from the wardrobe. This did not detract from or holiday which we thoroughly enjoyed.

A member of our party has walking difficulties and found it a problem stepping over the threshold at the front and back of the property due to the depth.. We solved this problem by putting one door mat on top of the other. When inside there is plenty of room for a walking aid and everything we needed.

Very well equipped.. The lady who looks after the property was very helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped and all appliances worked. The general look of the property is excellent. Very quiet property but still close to Morthoe and Ilfacombe. Both the property and the garden were kept in good condition.

Yes, there was a problem with the oven and toaster The garage was not secure and we had bikes in there , rang the owner but was not that helpful.. The front porch door did not lock, so you can't put shoes or coats in there.

The pictures truly reflect the excellence of this cottage. Set in a small development within easy reach of the beach and numerous eateries. Our 3 year old quickly felt at home with the selection of toys and the rest of the family impressed with the facilities in the cottage. Any problems reported to the owner were quickly resolved. Numerous points of interest within easy reach. Would have no hesitation in visiting again.
