I stayed there last year and I've come back. I wasn't disappointed. It still has a lot going for it: well maintained and clean, good parking space, close to the beach and the town, quiet urbanisation, good wifi and air conditioning, good equipment of appliances,... The weak points are not very important: the terrace, a bit indiscreet and with a table that is a bit tight for four, the kitchen, a bit small but well equipped, the pool, small (but with very little occupancy), and little else.

Great house with lots of kitchenware if you like cooking. Location quiet and 20 min walk from center also great.

Accommodation rented twice in 4 years, we had forgotten the state of the bedding in very poor condition, whether it was the large bed or the 2 small ones suitable for children and not adults. ... The terrace table suitable for 2/3 people maximum and not 4. Using several devices simultaneously blows the fuse!! pleasant pool, non-chlorinated and well maintained. Close to the city center on foot, marina and beach

It is a comfortable apartment with many things in its favour: magnificent parking space, proximity to the square and the town, quiet urbanization, good Wi-Fi and air conditioning, good equipment with electrical appliances,... The weak points are the terrace, a bit indiscreet, the kitchen, a bit small but well equipped, the pool, small (but with very little occupancy), the proximity to the Puerto Dénia hotel (with sometimes noisy activities), and little else.

The apartment was super clean, very equipped with everything you need both in the kitchen and in the bathrooms, a very nice place and close to the beach.

Very nice site. The neighbors (owners and renters) very polite and calm. It is close to the beach. Wi-Fi coverage is not very good.

The best thing about the apartment is: the orientation (North), the worst: the lack of maintenance, in the kitchen only two burners could be used, one armchair on the terrace was broken and another with the upholstery in poor condition. We are not smokers so we notice the smell of tobacco in the upholstery. On the other hand, there is a lack of privacy, on the terrace, the neighbors are too close.

very well appointed rental, with everything you need in the kitchen. Very pleasant residence, very well maintained, non-chlorinated swimming pool. However (not stated in the ad), less than 50m large 200 room hotel has noisy times of the day. Town center on foot 15 minutes, and beautiful marina with restaurants 500 m

Immaculately clean apartment. Nice quiet location with amenities close by. Everything included as far as utensils, crockery, towels etc. If anything could be improved, we would have liked a little bit more comfortable relaxed outdoor seating instead of the Directors chair style already in place. Overall our stay was very enjoyable.

Unfortunatly I dont have nothing good to say about this apartament. Only good thing was customer service. Lots of problems with electricity, just randomly the fuse switched off, because of that our fridge didnt work, once had to throw away lots of food, cause was rotten, because on of the electricity some times we disnt have hot water. Pool was emty of water, no one didnt mention that for us before arriving and booking. Sat-tv was bad, only german channels nothing else.

Very nice apartment, good size with all you could need whilst you're away. Close to beach and marina with good restaurants. Centre of Denia about 20 mins walk but a nice walk along the sea front. Underground parking.
