This is the cleanest newest smartest place i have ever stayed in, Everything is up to date, the location is mid village in a quiet cul-de-sack with pub nearby.. The owner lives next door if you should need anything and we found her very helpfull and nice, We will book again.

We stayed at Erddig Bach for 4 nights from 23 December 2019 to 27 December 2019 and thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas break.. The accommodation is exceptionally clean and comfortable with modern facilities. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and it is very convenient for touring the area and is just minutes away from Llanbedrog beach, where we had a lovely walk on Christmas day. Abersoch and Pwhelli are both minutes away by car. The owner, Mrs Hughes, lives next door to the accommodation and was an excellent host. She introduced herself shortly after we arrived and showed us how to operate the central heating. She very friendly and helpful by giving advice on things to do. We also thought that the accommodation was very good value for money given the time of year of our stay. The accommodation is perfect for couples who want are looking for a peaceful break. We would love to return for another break at some point in the future.

Erddig bach was fantastic.. It was spotless and exactly as the brochure description. I could not recommend it more, however my experience with sykes was not so good. Having booked through a book me now link i was sent i found that when i did book a week later the price had risen by some £30. Whilst i dont see the reason why it had risen i have to accept thats how things work but to discover the price rise you have to click in a drop down box (which isnt clear on the page). Having raised this with sykes they bassically said .. ‘go away’.

Small, but extremely well equipped two person cottage, lovely and warm, clean and everything needed for your break.. Only downside - if it is one - was no wifi, internet or signal, which at first seemed an issue, but actually in the end made the holiday more restful, and you can get wifi at the local pubs; The Ship and The Wynny, which is what we did. The owner; Mrs Hughes, was very welcoming and friendly but not intrusive, overall a lovely, peaceful New Year's break.

Welcoming and helpful host.. Extra touches - Christmas tree / Christmas table cloth and candle, together with wine and chocolates. DVDs, books to read and lots of information leaflets on area inside cottage.

The property was excellent and the owner made us feel very welcome.. However, the property was advertised as having wifi and in rural Wales in particular that is hit and miss. At this property it was definitely miss - couldn't access it at all. My partner is self-employed and for her this feature was important. Suggest you should only advertise the existence of wifi if the service is reliable. The only reason I wouldn't re-book this property is that we look for new places to go to and tend not to go back to the same place, no matter how good they were.

The accomodation is beautifully kept.. Modern and clean but would benefit from more cutlery and crockery. Also the wifi was very iffy and could only be obtained on bedroom window cill.

A lovely newish cottage which felt comfortable as soon as you walked through the door.. Good location for reaching beach and coastal path and all the other interesting places in the area. The owner was chatty and very friendly, a lovely woman who would help anyone. We enjoyed our week in this spectacular region of Wales and would hope to return in the very near future.

We liked the welcome by the owner and the appearance of the property - we doubt whether we will find another one as nice! The Llyn Peninsular is wonderful.

We had a brilliant holiday. We had a friendly welcome from the owner and the accommodation was excellent and just what we needed for the type of holiday we wanted. Llanbedrog is a good base with a lovely beach and a few good places to eat. The whole of the Llyn Peninsula is a lovely place to visit with lovely walks, brilliant beaches and so many choices of where to get good food/drink etc.

This is an extremely attractive and well equipped cottage. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. There was a pleasant Inn within 5mins walk which served good food and the local shop was a short distance away and was very well stocked. This cottage is in a beautiful area and, if needed, the larger range of shops at Pwllheli are a short drive away.

This is not a large apartment, but it is clean and well laid out with everything one needs for a stay. The owner was attentive without being intrusive, and the food in the fridge when we arrived as well as the present of a local tea towel were both appreciated. Getting to the apartment requires driving up a narrow lane, but the proximity of the village, and the availability of public transport (roughly GBP1 to local towns) meant we didn't need to move the car once we got there. We would stay here again if we were in the area,
