The keyholder, Ms. MA, is very, very friendly. The kitchen needs to be renovated! But it partially works. The view is fantastic! And the bus stop on the 5th floor is fantastic. We'll be back in 2026. Best regards, D.+AF

Overall everything was as expected. The accommodation was clean and furnished as described. The only thing that bothered us was that we should sweep or vacuum the apartment ourselves before leaving. In our opinion, this is part of the final cleaning, which is included in the price.

We stayed here for two weeks. The apartment is in a great location and the bus stops in front of the door. The kitchen is extremely small, you can cook well alone, but it's very cramped for two. The view is fantastic and so is the pool. Too bad it doesn't have a nice lawn.

Tenants in the upper apartment had a party on the balcony with loud music on Saturday 11.30pm-2.30am. On Pentecost Sunday the party went on all afternoon until 11.30pm. When I told Jhnen's employee she told me to call the police. Not really helpful. But what made me very happy is that there was now a real TV. After last time's experience.

Everything worked without any problems. The apartment on the 6th floor offers a great view of the lake and has a beautiful terrace. Easily accessible by public transport. We would recommend the owner to improve the kitchen equipment a bit, especially wine glasses and plates are below the level of the other facilities.

The furniture and the kitchen equipment should be replaced. The woman was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the TV didn't work because a previous tenant stole the SIM card.

Very nice studio with a great view of the lake and San Salvatore and Lugano. Conveniently located with the bus station right outside the front door. Nice greeting with a welcome gift and everything else worked perfectly. We will be back.
