El Rinconcito

The finca is located a bit outside of L'Ampolla, but is perfectly accessible. The location is very quiet. The house is a bit older, but very clean and well-maintained. Apart from a few minor details that need to be repaired, everything was perfect. The amenities are good, but could still be improved a bit. The outdoor area is a hit, very clean. Large grounds, ample parking, and a wonderful pool where we enjoyed ourselves very much. It was a very nice, relaxing vacation.

Great exterior but much less clean than the photos show. Inside, very little maintenance, we had to call technicians several times for the leaking air conditioning, loose chandelier and shutters that wouldn't open. Numerous power outages.

Beautiful house, large and pleasant, all comfort. Negative point, no covered terrace, eating outside in full sun not pleasant. Positive point, completely enclosed swimming pool, perfect with young children.

Pleasant place to live

Very good value for money, the land is magnificent with a great swimming pool. The maintenance of the air conditioners and the swimming pool should just be improved. The house deserves a refresh and for 10 people a dishwasher would be appreciable! But that does not prevent us from having a great stay in this idyllic setting and that we will come back..

El lugar está muy apartado del pueblo (pero a nosotros ya nos estaba bien) aunque había tramos camino con muchos con agujeros) La casa amplia, con muebles antiguos (no nos ha importado lo más mínimo) y está limpia. Teníamos wifi (y funcionaba!!!) Los electrodomésticos son bastante nuevos. La cocina, baños, dos habitaciones y el comedor son espaciosos. Había sillas, platos, utensilios...de sobra para todos. La piscina es grande y estaba limpia y había bastantes hamacas para tomar el sol.
