Echo Beach is a beautifully-presented spacious detached bungalow situated next to the owners' home and in the lovely village of Seasalter near Whitstable in Kent and can sleep four people in one king-size double bedroom and one twin room. There is a family shower room with a separate basin and WC. The rest of the bungalow contains a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a conservatory. To the outside of the bungalow there is designated roadside parking for two cars and a fully enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. With the beach only a ten minute walk away, Echo Beach would suit couples or a family with older children who are looking for a coastal break but still being within easy reach of village amenities.

Area
Seasalter is a pretty village located by the sea on the north coast of Kent, between the towns of Whitstable and Faversham. The beach at Seasalter is mainly shingle and sand and therefore quieter than the more sandy bays at Westgate-on-Sea which is just along the coast. Public transport is very well covered in this village with regular buses to Canterbury, Whitstable and Faversham, each place offering visitors a day full of interest.

Kent is affectionately known as the Garden of England. Its history and heritage provide the region with a rich array of sightseeing possibilities, while the stunning choice of Blue Flag beaches offer the chance to enjoy the beautiful coastline.

Felt like a home from home as soon as we entered this great cottage everything you could need for a great base to explore Kent and the surrounding areas very quiet, had a sunny and warm first four days but end of week a bit chilly and wet but that didn’t spoil our enjoyment or comfort would recommend this cottage in a heartbeat to anyone wanting a great place to stay, Mr and Mrs Ferguson thanks for a great place that does you proud..

We were naturally concerned about renting post Covid but have to say that we have never stayed in a property that was so thoroughly cleaned everywhere and our concerns were immediately put at rest, and so we must thank the owners Trudy and David for their diligence.. Echo Beach was fully equipped with everything that we could possibly need .. but it was obvious from the start that this was no ordinary rental property, for example where else could you luxuriate in reclining sofas whilst watch TV at the touch of a button? We particularly enjoyed the large bright conservatory with comfy chairs and spending time early in the day and on our return in the private garden which was not overlooked. All electrical and cooking items performed faultlessly, and we enjoyed Echo Beach for its convenient location with easy access to the beaches of Thanet and all local attractions .. all within an easy 20 minute drive. The choice of beaches was considerable, to suit all interests and expectations, and we particularly enjoyed visiting a number of them. In practical terms Echo Beach was very conveniently located, in a small estate made up of Cul-de-sacs, so only minimal road noise or traffic passing through. In respect of shopping the local Co-Op was less than a five minute walk, and a choice of supermarkets within easy reach, as well as fine dining pubs to suit all tastes and pockets. Finally Echo Beach was a ‘home from home’, like living in our home but somewhere different. A delightful property!

The property is spacious but warm and cosy.. Lovely shower. Comfy bed. Very well equipped. It’s in a very quiet and peaceful area. Just a short walk to the local shop and pub. Had a lovely Sunday lunch in the pub and some delicious fish and chips from the local chippy. The beach is accessible down a short pathway and over a bridge just up from the pub. The beach was a bit disappointing though as it resemble mudflats. Easy walk to Whitstable via the beach path or main road.

This cottage is very comfortable, a real home from home experience, the owner was very nice.. Ideal location to visit surrounding areas, we had a car, but there is of plenty of buses for people who wish to leave car at property.

It’s the second year running now that we have returned to echo beach as we loved it so much the first time.. We had all the facilities that we needed the owners are very friendly too nothing is to much for them. There is so many places to see and do around there and the beach is just a 5 min walk away.

We stayed 1 week in this Amazing bungalow. It was immaculate. Everything we needed was there! A really quiet location. We used the buses and trains to visit Whitsable Dover Rochester Canterbury and Herne Bay. Had a beautiful walk from the bungalow to Whitsable along the beach. The owners lived next door and were very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a relaxing stay this is the place! 5 stars!

Echo Beach is situated in a nice quiet area, within easy walking distance to Whitstable.. Bungalow was spotless, comfortable and well equipped with an added bonus of a lovely conservatory and well kept small garden area with a patio to sit outside. Central to visit numerous places of interest, we visited Dover Castle, Chartwell House and Hever Castle but if we had more time could have visited more. Owners made us very welcome, if we made a return visit to Kent, Echo Beach would be the place for us, without question! Thank you.

A beautiful bungalow, very clean and comfortable.. All facilities included everythig you could possibly need. The owners were very helpful, friendly and accomodating and made our stay perfect. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

This is a quiet corner of Seasalter, not far off the beach. Bungalow is well appointed for four people. We only used the main bedroom and that bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and lounge was great for up to four residents. There is a conservatory which we didn't use, due to the time of year, but would be great additional room in the summer.

We had a pleasant stay at Echo Beach in Seasalter.. Rooms are tastefully decorated, the main bed was comfortable, I found the sofas a little to soft and low and would have preferred a choice of a slightly higher and firmer alternative, but that's my personal taste. Kitchen was well stocked and bathroom was well appointed. Whitstable is a great little town and very accommodating in the off season, we had nice walks on the beaches and over the cliff tops around Thanet and saw a number of local attractions with the benefit of very few other people obscuring the views.

Great communications with the owners who live next door.. Key instructions were easy. This is a spacious property in a quiet location. It is well-placed to get access the main attractions of Kent in under an hour. We were pleased to have chosen to stay here.

Echo Beach was one of the most pleasant properties we have stayed at.. The welcome pack of tea, milk and biscuits was just what was needed after a long drive. The location was perfect for getting around Kent. Having the owners next door was very helpful when local knowledge was required. The walk down to the coast and into Whitstable was beautiful too. Nothing was too much for the owners, the property was truly home from home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, Wi-Fi was great, the supply of DVD films and games the list is endless. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We would certainly recommend as you most definitely get a good nights sleep at Echo Beach.

Superb place to stay.. The cottage was lovely and beautifully presented. It is very spacious with all the facilities needed. A very quiet cul de sac with easy parking. Situated within easy reach of Whitstable and other towns via motorway access. Would definitely recommend it to others.

A fabulous location ,easy access to may places of interest.. The bungalow is very spacious comfortable. I would recommend that a floor fan is available as we found the bungalow very warm at night and being a coffee lover I would also recommend a cafetiere for that perfect cup of freshly ground coffee in the mornings. Apart from that a great property and a very warm welcome from the owners next door.
