Worn out living room and old mattresses in the bedroom. Woke up every morning in the bedroom because there is a parking lot in front of the window, and the car woke us up every morning. Very poor cleanliness, there might still be a magazine from the previous tenant under the bed. Kitchen (which other landlords offer) no washing machine, no dishwasher and spiders everywhere.

At the point of arrival one could have been a little friendlier and explained a few things (because she didn't know that I was familiar with Norddeich.

Location, size and garden are good. However, the inventory is very old, the shower is difficult to adjust, there is no dishwasher and the cleanliness was just sufficient. The garden should be completely closed to dog owners. WLAN should be standard today!

Centrally located accommodation. Quiet location

I would never rent this apartment again! It's in a nice location, but that's about it. The furniture is so worn out, you can't even sit comfortably on the sofa. The beds are catastrophic and I'm not even talking about the shower. As a normal adult you can't even get in there, it's so narrow. We ended our vacation early

The apartment itself is nice, but there were a few flaws. The cord on the microwave was too short for the outlets and there was no extension cord. And nowhere else. A lamp in the bathroom was broken and a slatted frame in the bedroom. There is no outside light. Since the lanterns are further away, it was quite dangerous to go out in the dark. Without a flashlight, I would certainly have tripped over the small staircase.

We got by without W-LAN

We were pleasantly surprised. A spacious apartment with a beautiful garden. Central location and still quiet.

Unfortunately the property had no WiFi. The key handover took a long time. A promised call when the key could be picked up did not take place.

Apartment was good. As we were informed on arrival, the door to the bathroom was broken. The apartment was clean. The proximity to the sea/beach was excellent. The location was great. The holiday overall was very good.

Terrace chairs were not clean. Terrace tablecloth stained. Otherwise value for money in order.

Beds in the children's room unsuitable for adults. Make creaking noises.

This apartment is in a quiet area, 3 minutes from shops or the dam. Unfortunately, the apartment is getting old and urgently needs a complete renovation. The single beds are very awkward, no WiFi, no lighting in the living room apart from the 2 ceiling lights, a blind can hardly be pulled up there, worn furniture everywhere, etc. The entire apartment was still dirty despite cleaning beforehand, the cleaning equipment was left full of dirt. Never again!!
