Great cottage.. .everything has been thought of.. Hot Tub was lovely.. Everything so clean and tidy. Great location base to go sightseeing from. Loved the fact we felt remote but still only 30 mins walk to the lovely Town of Middleton in teesdale. Cottage owners were very friendly and helpful and left a fantastic welcome pack.

Fantastic location and accommodation.. The welcome pack (unexpected) of wine and treats was really surprising but most welcome. Cleanliness and having everything you could want in the cottage made it an excellent break. Will be back for sure and will definitely be recommending this place. Thanks...

The cottage itself is beautiful, cosy, warm and equipped with everything you could possibly think of.. The hosts have put together an information folder which was so so useful - from information on the appliances to information on the local area and things to do. They left a little welcome pack which was very generous and not expected (but very appreciated) Would 100% recommend staying here.

Stayed here for my partner's birthday weekend and had a wonderful time. The cottage is well located and the scenery nearby is beautiful. There is lots to see and do nearby - pubs, restaurants, shops, walks - all sorts! The owners were in touch before we arrived with instructions which were very helpful, and helpful instructions were dotted around the cottage too. The cottage is furnished with literally everything you could ever need and more. The log burner was hugely appreciated given the snow! I literally could not recommend this cottage more. Wonderful cottage in a beautiful location run by a lovely family.
