The cottage in Ballybunion was gorgeous.. Ann was so welcoming and after a long journey there it was so lovely to receive the bread and flowers. Ann had thought of everything so we didn't need to buy soap powder for washing or day-to-day food essentials. We loved our coastal walks to Ballybunion and I loved the occasional breakfast at Coast while my family maxed in bed. Killarney National Park is stunning and was the highlight for the holiday for our son. I enjoyed my relaxing seaweed bath in Ballybunion and our two children loved their surf boarding lesson. The beach at Ballybunion is gorgeous; I just wish the weather had been kinder to us so we could have spent more time there.

The property is every bit as stunning as it looks in the photographs.. The owner responded promptly to messages and was extremely thoughtful in providing everything we needed when we first arrived, and all rooms were spotless. Overall, a wonderful holiday experience that did exceed my expectations. My only disappointment was with Sykes Cottages, who failed to send me a receipt for my final payment or any information about how to contact the owner of the property, and didn't respond when I e-mailed them asking for this information. Since this was my first time renting through them, this left me slightly worried until I discovered how to retrieve the contact details from my account. Other than that, I would rate my experience at least 11 out of 10.

The cottage is in a fantastic location overlooking the sea, the village of Ballybunion has plenty of places to & drink.. The larger towns of Listoowel & Tralee are within easy reach, so is the Dingle penninsular.

We stayed at this accomodation in Ballybunion for a weeks break whilst touring Ireland. The cottage was excellent and had all the facilities you could want. The welcome from Ann Dillon the owner made us feel welcome and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The location was great for visiting all over Ireland and we managed to see the dingle peninsula, the ring af kerry and the towns of Killarney, Cork and Tralee but there is so much more. The restaurants in all Ireland never failed and we had wonderful food wherever we ate. I would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Awesome view. Fantastic place for a holiday. We had a great stay here and really enjoyed the house. The bedrooms were spacious, there were more than enough bathrooms, and the upstairs was fantastic with its view and open living area. The landlord greeted us upon arrival with fresh brown bread and was around later in the week when we needed her. Couldn't have asked for more and we will certainly rent there again.
