Located near Bontddu village with Dolgellau town 3.5 miles in the East and the seaside resort of Barmouth 4.5 miles in the West, both offer a wide range of independent shops, cafe s, pubs, restaurants and attractions to enjoy. Within half a mile, crossing the estuary by the wooden toll bridge, there is the RSPB site and pub offering culinary delights and local beers. The National Park has an abundance of footpaths and cycle routes from gentle strolls to challenging climbs, enjoy kayaking, river and sea fishing or visit Coed y Brenin, Zip World and Surf Snowdonia. With a plethora of museums, galleries, historic sites such as Harlech Castle and Portmeirion to name but 2, there is always something to see and do. As you take the steps to the left of this imposing chapel, down to the entrance you will no doubt stop and embrace the view. The hallway leads to the light and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all the equipment you need if you decide to eat in. The dining table is well positioned by the window with stunning views as you enjoy a meal and plan your holiday activities. Relax in the lounge taking in the view, reading a book or watching TV before you go to retire to the cosy double bedroom. Start the day with an invigorating shower in the shower room with shower and WC and enjoy breakfast in the garden. Outside there is a slate gravel terrace with furniture and mature shrubs, perfect for alfresco dining, relaxing and embracing the wonderful surroundings and views. Cyclists can lock their cycles to railings at the top of the property. Parking for one car at the front of the property.
