Loved the property from the moment we pulled up, our kids felt right at home, loads of toys and games for them to play with, really nice touches with the welcome pack! Especially the pillow and book each for the kids! The property was so well equipped with everything from beach toys, scooters, wind break, rucksacks , amazing, we will definitely be back, and telling all my friends. So happy thank you x

The house is just amazing! As soon as we walked through the door the house smelt clean and fresh and it became clear that it was very well organised for a cottage. The owners have thought of everything - and it just made the holiday so easy. The garden was great fro our two girls to play and release some energy and it’s literally a 2 minute walk to the play park and the little walks around the town. You can easily reach the coastal path and walk down to the beach - which is a good idea height of the summer as the beach car park fills up super early. All the information was easy to find and anything we couldn’t find we were able to contact the cleaner for more information and she was quick in responding. It was the perfect sized house for the 4 of us plenty of room downstairs for socialising as a family and they’d made the bedrooms so lovely, using all the space they had to make it work. We would definitely return.

A delightful cottage set in a beautiful location accessible for exploring the Llyn peninsula.. The thought that had gone into little gifts for the children/teens/mum and lovely welcome hamper just made the holiday even more special. A wonderful host who checked in prior to the holiday as we chatted through Covid and the implications meant that we were still able to enjoy our break with a few minor tweeks. Can't wait to return to this quirky, well equipped cottage.

The booking was easy to make and the website was very easy to use.. Dolfor Cottage is beautiful, and Anne has really gone out of her way with the extra little touches. It was cosy, spotlessly clean and a great base for exploring. We loved it!

A truly wonderful stay at Dolfor.. House and garden were spectacular with everything you need for the perfect holiday supplied. We stayed as a couple but the house is perfectly facilitated for families with young children. Children will love staying here. Weather was mixed during our holiday so having a lovely fun house to stay in made all the difference. Highly recommend and will book again without hesitation.

Stayed at Dolfor in July 2019.. Two adults, 9yr old, 6yr old and 4yr old. House was excellent. Great value for money and suited us perfectly. Very quaint and had everything that we needed. Thanks!! Nefyn and and surrounding area, especially beaches, was also great.

I stayed here with my parents and son. Was lovely cottage and had everything you could think of. Was clean and well presented. The garden was a good size and there was lots of toys available. Only downside was the cottage wasn’t overly toddler friendly, would benefit to put child safety locks on the cleaning cupboards and have plug covers available. Otherwise I can not fault the stay.

Dolfor is a brilliant base for exploring Wales.. ..everywhere was a few minutes drive to visit.....the beautiful sandy beach is just a short walk away but beware the very steep hill coming back up from the beach, the older generation may find it hard. Shops short walk away and a chemist. The cottage has everything you need, fantastic kitchen fully equiped ...children are fully equiped for their holiday to....anything you need Dolfor seems to have it...cosy, clean and beautifully decorated inside. Bigger than expected to. I will Definately return to Dolfor again. Thank you for a great holiday Dolfor

A relaxing break in a lovely peaceful cottage.. The cottage was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. We especially enjoyed the home-made marmalade on the welcome tray. The bedroom in the eaves was very cosy. We spent the week walking on the coastal path and beaches in the local area, Ty Coch Inn serves a great lunch and a decent pint - well worth the walk over there. The views from Garn Boduan are spectacular and you should definitely try the beers at Cwrw Llyn.

A lovely cosy house in a quiet area but walkable to beach and handy shops, park and museum. New little scooter park for young children next to park. House is so well equipped! Useful items include: changing mat, toddler toilet seat and steps, baby bath, bed guard, stair gate, high chairs and travel cot..plus lots of toys books and dvds for all ages. Beautiful new kitchen this year. Washing machine and drier with detergent etc. Spacious sitting room with separate dining area in conservatory which opens into garden. Couple of.suggestions would be a blackout blind in the bunk room as it gets the evening sun. Also maybe blocking off the stairs somehow to be more toddler friendly? We have stayed twice now and have already booked for next year! Can't recommend highly enough!

We thoroughly enjoyed the cottage.. There were 2 adults and 2 young children in the property and was delightful Plenty of space and a great enclosed garden...ideal for bbq's .The property was well equipped and a short walk into Nefyn. The owner Anne was attentive and went out of her way to keep us informed about directions etc. The area was not too commercial and the generally good weather was a bonus.

Dolfor is a lovely, very well equipped and maintained cottage.. The owner and housekeeper went beyond expectations and provided lots of extra little touches for our stay over new year which made us feel very welcome. We loved the cottage and booked again to come back before we had even left. The Llyn peninsula is a beautiful area of Wales whatever the season, and we enjoyed being able to explore and discover, without having to travel far. Highly recommended.
