We spent 15 days in August. The owners live in the back of the house. But that's not a problem. They are charming. The house is well located (next to Florence and Pisa). The swimming pool is beautiful. Unfortunately, there are many negative points. One of the bedrooms is in the attic: in August, the heat makes it unusable. The house is infested with mosquitoes. The pool umbrellas are tiny. The washing machine is chargeable (€10). No vacuum cleaner.

Here you can live in an absolutely authentic and quiet environment. Because of the thick walls, you don't need air conditioning (in our case, it was a bit cool in the house in the evenings in May, but better than too hot). Very large rooms, there is plenty of space. The kitchen has everything you need. The outdoor area is fantastic, the pool is clean and not visible to strangers. You can relax in peace here. We didn't notice the owners. They are very nice.

The house is very beautiful and when you arrive, you are impressed by Villa Belvedere. The large pool is also great and was used every day. There are a few small things that prevent it from being rated as high. The couple who own the house live on the same property, as is well known. It is not true that you don't notice them, as some previous holidaymakers have written. Something could also be done about the furnishings and the driveway, considering the rental prices.

Not mentioned there was no airco. Not mentioned there is a mosquito problem. You have to pay 6€ extra for the use of the washing machine. One day Electricity Fell out, and Another day the water supply fell out. You have to pay an additional fee to use the ping-pong table. Very difficult communication with the owners. (only Italian) Renting price is overdone.

We were warmly welcomed by the very nice elderly couple who live on the property. They only spoke Italian, but communication was still successful. The house is old and very nicely renovated with beautiful details. Very well functioning and sparkling clean. The pool is amazing! The house is high up and we enjoyed the view over the Tuscan countryside. It is about 3 km to Vinci, where there are shops, restaurants and not least the Leonardo Museum, which we can highly recommend. The only thing we missed was AC!

The house was in a very nice location with great views over the surrounding countryside and the resident landlords were extremely friendly even if they only spoke Italian. Due to our travel time, the temperatures were still quite cold at times and the targeted heating of the living areas was technically very difficult.

Beautiful large old house, with beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside. Neat and big rooms, very friendly people. Pay close attention to the gas consumption, which is extremely expensive (8 € per m3) with us it was cool and when using the heating in a large, old and poorly insulated house, the bill quickly rises to hundreds of euros in a few days. (so tip: have the gas meter shown on arrival so you can keep an eye on your consumption) Well located and attractive.

The house is quietly located near the town of Vinci. The owner lives next door to the house, but it is virtually invisible. Spacious kitchen, 4 large bedrooms and 1 large bathroom (in addition to 2 smaller ones).

Very nice house with enough space for 8 people. The house is on a hill overlooking the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The large pool is cleaned daily by the owner. Good excursion possibilities to Pisa, Florence and San Gimignana. We felt very comfortable.

We had a couple of very nice and sunny holidays here. The scenery and views from the villa are magnificent. Typical Tuscany! The location is great as a starting point for trips to many sights/cities in Tuscany. Although the landlords speak neither German nor English, they were very nice and everything organizational went smoothly. The landlord often brought us grapes from their own cultivation and homemade olive oil. We felt very comfortable here.

We were 3 families with 2 children each. It's clean, the view is idyllic, the landlords live on the property, but only show up briefly in the morning when they're cleaning the pool. Otherwise you have absolutely your privacy. The pool is not visible. You are completely on your own. Nets are attached to all windows, but you should definitely take mosquito spray with you. The only drawback was the water pressure on the upper floors. Therefore mostly showered on the ground floor.

Quiet location, very nice landlord, everything very clean, only the extreme mosquito plague disturbing, no air conditioning, wine and olive oil can be bought from us on request from the landlord, landlord can't speak English, pool is very clean, sometimes there are chickens at the pool when cleaning , cat and dog on the property from the landlord,
