There is an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and a dishwasher and the dining area is perfect for guests celebrating any occasion with contemporary lighting. The utility room provides a washing machine, and a tumble dryer a great place to dry muddy paws, and also access to the games room where children and adults alike can indulge their competitive nature with pool table, darts and assortment of games, perfect for those rainy days. There is a small table top freezer in the games room. A cloakroom comprising of WC and wash hand basin. The property has three bedrooms, the first being a king size bedroom with en suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom has a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made into a twin on request), while the third is a twin zip and link (which can be made into a super king size on request). Heading outside there is a large garden which the owners have enclosed a section of for your four legged friends to roam and enjoy.
