• Kitchen: electric oven and induction hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

First Floor - split level landing.

• Bathroom: WC, bath with shower over, wash hand basin.
• Bedroom 1: double bed, TV and wardrobes with an interconnecting door to the single bedroom.
• Bedroom 2: single bed, wardrobe. 
• Bedroom 3: twin beds, (can make a king size bed), a double wardrobe.

• Entertainment: TV.

• Outside: secluded courtyard garden at the back of the property with decking.

• Parking: private parking at rear for one small car (width 2.15m, length 5m) plus option to park on the road.

• General: changeover day - Saturday. Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi. 4 star rating.

• Pets: dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
