Delfod is a lovely clean and comfortable cottage on the edge of the small town of Harlech.. Easy walking distance of the local shops and the Castle. We were a little unfortunate with the weather and as the owner points out it is necessary to be aware of the terraced garden steps becoming slippery when wet. When the weather is good the garden is a joy to sit in and take in the views. A welcome tray of tea and Welsh cakes greeted us on our arrival which is a thoughtful touch. I would definitely recommend Delfod as a place to stay, it is within easy reach of several places of interest if you wish to explore or is a home frome home for those wanting to kick back and relax.

It is a lovely cottage in an excellent location; very comfortable and warm and I definitely would love to go back in the summer months.. The only downside would be the shower as it is not the most powerful or warm but that is worth putting up with as the cottage and area makes up for that! The garden is very rugged and not enclosed at the moment so beware if you take your dogs as we did.

I should have read the information more carefully and established that there was no wifi which is important for me.. This was my mistake but it would be a great benefit for future tenants if wifi was available.
