There was no warm water for 3 days and some of the on-site staff were not very friendly. The lady in the head office was also quite unfriendly, which surprised me because one lives from the customers.

Unfortunately very dirty and a lot just broken. Toilet very dirty. Boden hasn't seen the wiper in months. Broken shower head. Squirts from all corners. Long hair spread everywhere (sink, bed and kitchenette). The couch is an impertinence. Only went with purchased blankets that we put over it. Mattresses saggy and stained. Coffee machine and kettle dirty. Broken bedside lamps. Unfortunately we don't have any positive things to say. Except the location! Pity

We would book the holiday apartment that we had already booked in 2020 again and again. A beautiful, cozy apartment for 2 people in which nothing was missing. Us anyway.

Dangerous because; open sockets right next to the light switches !! (In the dark feel for the light switch???) Bathroom: toilet bowl outside, as well as below the tiled mirror and floor dirty with feces! Balcony: Balustrade and railings dirty with bird droppings, floor generally not cleaned, table smeared, full of ashtrays, as well as spider nests everywhere on the balcony. Kitchen: cutlery dirty, or rusty! Living room: curtain rod loose! Hallway: no light! Evidence photos available !!

Living area could be fitted with a sofa bed instead of the Murphy bed due to lack of space

We (2 adults, 1 child-11) liked it very much. The beach in Norddeich is within walking distance, but not necessarily the most beautiful beach. Everything is available in the apartment. What was particularly positive was how clean even the inlays on the beds were *great* Unfortunately, the vacuum cleaner had a loose connection and kept going out. W-Lan is NOT available, we somehow remembered it differently, but sometimes it works without it. Gladly again!

We were very satisfied. The apartment is perfect for 2 people. It would be a bit cumbersome for 4 people because you have to convert the living room. Really everything there that you need. The location right on the dike was also great.

Mattresses were insufficient and saggy

The accommodation was great and big enough for us as a traveling family with a small child. It was quiet and yet central. However, we found the rental costs for the high chair and cot very expensive and not appropriate. Especially since the high chair was unfortunately not completely clean and was probably still dirty from the previous guest. Otherwise everything went great!

Rooms and furniture in good condition. Everything you need. small drawback: heating was issued.

The furniture and the technical equipment of this apartment deserve a lot of praise, especially in view of the comparatively low price. She was handed over in perfect condition; only a WLAN access and some utensils in the kitchen, such as an absorbent tea towel or a sufficient number of bowls or deep plates, were missing. On the other hand, the extremely nice and flexible service and the cheap bike rental are positive, while other services such as the final cleaning or the use of bed linen seemed extremely expensive. Overall, however, the days were very relaxing, to which the apartment has made a significant contribution.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. It is very quiet and has a great view out the back.
