A little tricky to find as we didn't realise it was in someone's back garden but nevertheless a lovely lodge lovely outlook and good facilities.. Modern and excellent cleanliness. Two bathrooms , nice open plan lounge. Comfortable beds. Near to a good golf course and on the edge of Bridlington which was nice for visiting Filey and flamborough. A good location

Highly recommended.. Fantastic accommodation in a nice peaceful location near Bridlington. Off road parking for 1 car in front of the owners property. If you want to live like a millionaire this is the place for you. Lovely views over countryside - and yes we did see a deer. Award winning fish and chips nearby at 149 Marton Road.

Before we booked this cabin, we rang and asked how far away from the front door of the cabin could we park the car.. We were told we could park directly outside the front door. This did not prove to be true. The car needed to be parked 35 yards away at the front of the house, then you had to walk down a narrow passage way to the door of the cabin. The from door is also higher than the recommened high from the door step. Both my wife and myself are classified as disabled. My wife has COPD, and I have walking and breathing problems due to a heart condition. Moving our luggage, and returning with supermarket shopping proved difficult to us both. Informing people of facts which are not true is dishonest, bad business practice, and a criminal offence. Perhaps you should be more honest with people when they book with you.

The lodge was very comfortable and very clean with everything you needed I would recommend it highly.. Watching the barn owl hunting each morning and evening in the fields in front of the lodge was lovely to see. All in all we had a lovely time thankyou.

Although this is a new build the sofa was old and very uncomfortable.. There were a number of basic things missing from the kitchen although we did get by.
