A bit out of the way, spacious house, stylishly furnished, ideal for relaxing without annoying fake news on TV or cell phone terror. The roof photovoltaic system, which minimizes electricity costs, is also useful. With freshly mown lawns, all kinds of insects and grass find their way into the house. Drivers beware: there is a lot of wildlife crossing the area! Structurally weak area, improvisation necessary. The wall grill and fire bowl are also great (beware of the risk of forest fires!). Nice landlady, but mostly rents out to CZ guests.

A couple of sunny autumn days on a bicycle in the colorful forests of the Novohradské hors not far from the border and in the evening warmth by the tiled stove. Uniquely located house in a quiet place, without people and cars, pleasantly equipped. Thank you

Quite good, only the water flows with a weak current and one shower could not be used. The mattresses on some beds are hard.

The lady owner told us the fact that during the conversation, the lady owner told us that there are snakes on the property. We were very pleasantly surprised by this finding. On the morning of the second day, we actually saw the snakes, they have a nest under the cottage on the terrace where there are already at least 7 snakes and at the same time they were crawling into our cottage from which we had to drive them out. Some snakes reached a length of more than 1 m. We took a picture of the whole thing and sent it to the owner's mobile phone. The reaction of the owner was that we are in nature and it is normal.

We liked the house better than the photos suggested. It is very lovingly furnished and everything we needed was there in the kitchen and bathroom. Since we were looking for peace and distance from everyday life, the lonely location was exactly what we wanted. We particularly enjoyed the tiled stove. The landlady even provided us with a Christmas tree stand and decorations and decorated the living/dining room for Christmas. We'd love to come back.

The house is very nicely and tastefully furnished, perfectly maintained by the owner. You will find here everything you need to feel comfortable here, including many interesting books and magazines. Beautiful and quiet environment, the house is practically completely secluded. I can warmly recommend it to anyone who wants to take a break from people, the internet, mobile phones and TV. Great relaxation!

Very quiet location! Big spacious house! Best equipment! You have everything you need! You can see animals and birds! Recommended for those seeking tranquility.
