• Nearest beach: 2 miles.
• Nearest amenities: On site. 
• Outdoors: A patio with 2 wooden tables and 4 chairs in front of the bungalow and grass all around the property. There is a designated barbecue area on the site (barbecues are not allowed at the property). There is also a children's play area on the estate.
• Parking:Car park close by with ample parking.
• Family facilities: Not provided but can be hired - see hire page.
• Pets: No pets allowed, sorry. 
• General: Electricity included in rent; panel heaters in all main rooms, underfloor heating, fan heater and electric towel rail in bathroom, hot water by electric immersion.
• Important notes: No smoking, no pets, no WiFi at property, but can be accessed onsite at clubroom.
• Changeover time: Arrival 3:00pm - departure - 10am.
