Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Were already the third time in the apartment! It is still quite old-fashioned, but everything you need is there. The location is very central and the car is well parked in the parking lot. The apartment has been freshly painted since our last stay. The double bed urgently needs a new mattress!!! The handover of the apartment went well like the last time! Unfortunately, there is no longer a washing machine!

Unfortunately the toaster doesn't work and the duvets and pillows need to be replaced due to loud stains. The accommodation furniture, cupboards, inventory etc. are very old but clean. We felt comfortable because of the photos because we knew what to expect. But we would not book the accommodation again because for 150 euros more you get luxury ;-)

Location in the town center...very good...parking lot at the house very good....quiet residential area with balcony to the village...the beds are in need of renovation...underframe and mattresses. Technology in the apartment perfect and trouble-free. For a short trip (2-4 days) definitely recommendable.

My experiences: When the keys were handed over, the bed linen was simply thrown carelessly on the bed. In the bed (140 x 200 cm) two mattresses of different heights. Long dark hair lay on the mattress protector. There is hardly any space between the bed and the wardrobe. Only one socket and light switch in the whole room. In the bathroom, drain under the sink leaking, despite immediate notification no repair. The furniture has also suffered greatly. Unfortunately, there is no more room for the other shortcomings.

Contact with landlord and key owner was friendly. The apartment is located in the center of town. Everything can be reached quickly, but in the evening there is an odor from the adjacent restaurants. The equipment of the apartment is acceptable if everything would be in order. The three-seater couch was broken, dirty dishes in the closet, mold in the bathroom, dirty walls and blinds, etc. The apartment was very inexpensive, but you can't ask for more. But the holiday was still nice.

Necessary utensils available, extremely simple bedrooms. I didn't really sleep well in the bunk bed. . A table on the balcony would have been nice. Everything really clean and spacious living room. The key handover went smoothly. There were no services.
