Coventina consists of an open-plan living space and utility with gas and electric AGA with oven and gas hob, microwave/combo oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, a dining space, and TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with balcony, a king-size, two ground-floor king-size, ground-floor single, ground-floor family with two doubles, serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a rear garden with lawn, decking, hot tub, barbecue, furniture. We are unable to guarantee that the hot tub will be ready on arrival without sufficient notice (a week), Instructions for use will be in the information pack in the property. Private mooring onto the River Thames. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.8 miles. Note: Driveway has an electric gate. Note: Three steps up to front door and small steps throughout the house. Note: The property backs onto the River Thames, children and pets must be supervised at all times while outside. This property can be booked together with property 1151367 (Thames Retreat) for an extra 2 people. As this is a residential area, can we kindly ask that you are respectful of how noise travels and consider the neighbours privacy and young families in the area please. We kindly ask that the hot tub is not used after 10pm

Within the village itself you’ll find two charming pubs, The George at Wraysbury and The Perseverance, perfect for refuelling with some hearty fare, as well as a handy convenience store so you can stock up on the self-catering essentials. For attractions, travel to the historic market town of Windsor, home to the famed Windsor Castle, St George’s Chapel, Frogmore Cottage, The Home Park Golf Course, and Royal Windsor Racecourse. Alternatively, spend the day in Maidenhead where you can tour the exhibits of Maidenhead Heritage Centre, take a peaceful stroll around Ray Mill Island or take advantage of a great variety of shops, pubs and restaurants.
